Caitlin T. Fowlkes

Caitlin T. Fowlkes has been a dedicated advocate in criminal defense since 2014. Raised on a farm in rural upstate New York, Caitlin completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, where she majored in Government and Politics with a concentration in International Development. She went on to earn her law degree from the University of San Francisco in 2014, graduating Cum Laude. During law school, Caitlin received the prestigious CALI Award for Excellence in Criminal Procedure and frequently appeared on the Dean’s List.

Caitlin’s legal career has focused entirely on criminal defense, driven by her passion for speaking up on behalf of those who are often overlooked by the system. She finds motivation in litigating novel areas of law and values the supportive, collaborative team at Rozas & Associates. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys New York Times puzzles, watching Survivor, and spending time with her husband Will, who owns a plumbing business.
