Cristel Gamarra

Litigation Supervisor, Immigration Department

Cristel began her legal career in 2019, driven by a personal commitment to help immigrants navigate complex legal challenges and make positive changes in their lives. Raised in Lima, Peru, she graduated from Universidad San Martin de Porres, where she majored in Public Administration with a focus on Human Rights. Cristel’s experience includes internships with the MOEA in Washington D.C. and the Berg Institute in Madrid, which deepened her understanding of international law and human rights.

As the Litigation Supervisor at Rozas & Associates, Cristel finds motivation in her own life experiences and is passionate about advocating for immigrant rights. Outside of work, she enjoys poetry, the beach, and dance, immersing herself in creative outlets that bring joy and balance to her life.
